This quality standard defines the requirements and criteria for engineering process constructs using the Level Zero Model and integrating these constructs into a comprehensive organisational design. It covers the development of process flows, operational data capture, target setting, organogram proposal, cultural alignment, cross-functional team training, and project management under the role of a Lead Orgtologist.
The IOI has set the following quality standards for coaching and consulting in organisational design projects. Specialist Orgtologists who coach or consult in the field or organisational design will be audited against these standards as part of their continual membership to the IOI. Also, Orgtologists who whish to register as Specialist in the field of Org Design will have to prove competence against these quality standards.
