Orgtology

Orgtology studies the workplace systems and dynamics within an organisation. The word "orgtology" is a blend between "organisation" and the Greek word "-logy", meaning the science of organisation. Through the study of orgtology, an Orgtologist can help organisations to perform and stay relevant. Derek Hendrikz is the founder of Orgtology.

Orgtology is based on a core hypothesis, called Hypothesis 2x on Inverse Duality. From this hypothesis, we derive eight orgtology theories. These theories are divided into two groups.

The first group covers the study of workplace systems. We call this study Orgamatics, and its four theories are: Theory 2I of Orgtelligence; Theory 2P of Work; Theory 2E of Results; and Theory O of the Relevant and Performing Organisation (RPO).

The second group covers the study of workplace dynamics. We call this study Organamics, and its four theories are: Theory Ix on Intelligence; Theory Px on Paradigm; Theory Sx on Identity; and Theory D on the Relevant and Performing Individual (RPI).
