Internal Task Number

An internal task is a task that a project or process needs, and that is under the authority and budget of Org. In other words, the task is within the “jurisdiction” of a process or project within Org. The managers of Org can command and control these tasks. In orgamatics we use classification or C-Keys to classify the activity of Org. This helps us to design a project and process construct for utmost efficiency and effectiveness. We use the C-Key, “iT” to classify an internal task.
