About This Event
In our world, organisations can only succeed if they know how to change. This means that strategy must be intelligent and dynamic. Also, it might be that much of what you know about strategy is obsolete. Research shows that old ways of creating corporate strategy no longer work. Old methods will not sustain the growth and change that organisations need.

We base this workshop on orgamatics. It is the arm of orgtology that studies the systematics of organisation. Orgtology is a scientific approach to understanding organisations. This training will explain and show best international practice in strategy development. It is thus vital that you attend this workshop if you work in this field.

The International Orgtology Institute (IOI) endorses this programme. In so, we base the workshop on the IOI Standards for “Develop a Strategy”. In orgamatics, we aim to devise strategy in a systematic and scientific way. This will help the structure, performance, risk, and culture of any organised system. We teach four root theories during the work session. They give the best global practice on methods of strategy design. Our approach is practical. This will help you to grasp your organisation with great depth.

The workshop has the following format:
Day 1: Operational Efficiency.
Day 2: Strategic Effectiveness.
Day 3: Strategy Implementation.
