The process construct is a blueprint of organisational functioning. It deals with the repetitive activity within Org. Thus, it defines the operations of Org. A well-defined process construct will give Org full control over its performance. To create a process construct will need advanced knowledge of process engineering. It clusters the repetitive work within an organisation into systems.
The generic systems that any organisation holds are: (1) Core business system. (2) An orgtelligence system. (2) A resource system. (3) A relationship system.
