The International Orgtology Institute has accredited the practitioners listed below as Orgtologists. Orgtologists may practice in the field of orgtology, in the areas for which they qualify. People who are not accredited by the IOI may not use orgtology trademarks, systems, models, tools, and concepts. The IOI verifies that we have audited the information that orgtology practitioners list on their profiles in the "Orgtology Club". Verified accounts all have a blue tick next to their profile names. Orgtologists and Orgtology Specialists can do the same work where they qualify for the same fields of orgtology. Their difference is purely academic in nature since Orgtologists have masters degrees and Orgtology Specialists have bachelors degrees. Where orgtology practitioners list their contact details they can be contacted directly.

In the words of Peter Drucker: "you can't manage what you can't measure." In my blog article " The difference between a target, an output, and an outcome ", I explain the complexity of targets, and the distinct types of targets. In this post I work with process output targets only. The first question that we must answer when creating a target is ho...

In life, we measure much of any person's worth by what they achieve, after they have achieved it. In some sense, targets, outputs, and outcomes all do this. Well, then why should we know their difference? What makes matters worse, is that there are many definitions on each. To manage operations and strategy, Org must measure its results. There are ...

Does one design or discover a process? To manifest, purpose must become a process. Therefore, there is purpose before process. When we create a process, we explicitly depict a purpose. It is our idea of what Org must do to get outputs. When we design outputs, we discover outcomes. This will help us to redesign our process. One will thus interchange...

    What is a Process Construct?
There are only two ways to do work. One is repetitive, in other words, doing something that we have done before. The other is non-repetitive, which means doing things that we have never done before. When we cycle work it is a process, and when we complete it, it is a project. Repetitive work will maintain things, whilst non-repetitive work will cha...

To succeed, any organisation must have employees that helps it to perform and stay relevant. people who are in a sound state of mind are productive employees. This implies that they can manage themselves and others. In organamics we study the dynamics that divide that move people from good to great. We thus study the X-Factor. The Workplace Excellence programme incorporates the organamics studies into practical solution for people who want to be both relevant and performing.

The International Orgtology Institute (IOI) endorses this workshop. Therefore, we base the workshop on the IOI orgtology theories and principles. On completion of the workshop participants should have tools and skills to be meaningful individuals within the workplace. This implies that they will be able to manage themselves and other in an efficient and effective way.
