Under governance we cluster aspects that relate to the International Orgtology Institute (IOI). This includes policies, procedures, issues of constitution, and general construct of the IOI.

The aim of governance is to enable the practice of orgtology. It is key that researchers take this into account in their study of orgtology.

In this resource centre we study Hypothesis 2x and the construct of organisation. We probe the concept of duality and organisational consciousness.

An understanding of Org will enable the practical implementation of orgtology - the science of organisation.

  The provider companies below have violated the principles; policies; and rules of the International Orgtology Institute, and in so, they have been blacklisted.

• The IOI regulates the blacklisting of orgtology provider companies through our "Provision of Orgtology Products and Services" policy.

• All blacklistings have a start and end date. We determine these dates through the severity of the event that led to the blacklisting.

• We caution all end-users of orgtology products and services to NOT make use of the services of the provider companies below, since the IOI does not endorse them.

• Where any of the companies below provides services or products in orgtology, such provision will be unothorised. We ask that such cases is immediately reported to the IOI.

We list all orgtology trademarks that the IOI uses below. Please take note of the following rules in this regard…

• The IOI policy on intellectual property (PP5) controls the use and ownership of orgtology trademarks.
  

• We have registered the IOI under the South African Companies Act as a Section 21 non-profit company, and therefore we register most of our trademarks with the South African Companies and Intellectual Properties Commission (CIPC).

• The IOI has a “zero tolerance” stance to the violation of orgtology IP, and it is our policy to take immediate legal action where a violation of such occurs.

• It is our policy that in cases of dispute, the South African law will apply.

• The IOI will blacklist any accredited practitioner and/or endorsed provider who violates our IP policy, specifically the trademarks that we list below.

• We request that all registered members to this site respect our policy on IP, and specifically the trademarks listed below.
