Orgtology studies the workplace systems and dynamics within an organisation. The word is a blend between "organisation" and the Greek word "-logy", meaning the science of organisation. An Orgtologist can help organisations to perform and stay relevant. It is based on a core hypothesis, called Hypothesis 2x. It also has eight core theories that deal with orgtelligence; work; results; leadership; team dynamics; and intrapersonal wellbeing.
Orgamatics is the study of workplace systematics. In this approach we study three genetic constructs of Org. These are the process construct, the project construct, and the relationship construct. These constructs hold all the intelligence; resources, and relationships that Org needs to function. We grasp these constructs through the three basic systems of Org. They are the resource-, orgtelligence-, and relationship- systems.
Organamics is a study of workplace dynamics. It has four base theories that we apply in our study of the people who perform within any organised system, and who helps to keep Org relevant. We use these theories to understand the three basic human dynamics within organisations. These are leadership dynamics, team dynamics, and intrapersonal dynamics. Collectively these dynamics gives Org its ability to realise and control its future.
